We use science, our experience, and advice from athletes to give our customers personalized recommendations for better nutrition. Our e-commerce platform allows customers to learn about nutrition and then build a custom box for one-time or subscription purchase.
We’re looking for a Receiving and Purchasing Associate who can join our team and fill a vital role in warehouse operations.

We’re looking for a Receiving and Purchasing Associate who can join our team and fill a vital role in warehouse operations.

The position is based in our Broomfield, Colorado office.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Accurately read, pick, and pack customer orders.
- Receive, inspect, and put away all incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with entering inventory data and updating purchasing records as assigned.
- Support purchasing activities such as placing orders, following up with vendors, and monitoring stock levels when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, following 5S.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and resolve issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Preferred: Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and certified.
- Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse audits, or purchasing functions.
Schedule:
- 8am – 430pm Sunday – Thursday or Wednesday - Sunday
Compensation:
- $19/hour
