The Opportunity
We’re hiring exceptional Front Desk Associates (FDAs)—both part-time and full-time—for our new Flatiron clinic. As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you’ll help us deliver Myo’s signature hospitality experience with warmth, clarity, and a calm, elevated presence.
You’ll help create a space that runs smoothly and feels supportive—for both our clients and our care team.
What You'll Do
- Greet every client with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Confidently communicate our services to new and returning clients
- Manage bookings, waitlists, and the clinic schedule with attention to detail
- Handle transactions, invoices, and superbills with accuracy and care
- Keep the clinic organized and spotless—from treatment rooms to the front desk
- Restock, reset, and support clinicians with anything they need to stay on track
- Communicate with teammates to ensure seamless shift handoffs
- Support business-driving initiatives and share real-time feedback with the team
Who You Are
- You have 1+ years of experience in hospitality, wellness, or client service
- You care deeply about people and know how to make someone feel at ease
- You bring a high level of professionalism and calm energy to fast-paced environments
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and love staying one step ahead
- You can commit to at least 3 shifts per week, including a mix of AM/PM + weekend availability
- You’re passionate about wellness and love being part of a team with purpose
- You show up authentically and create space for others to do the same
