Myodetox is seeking a full-time Regional Operations Manager to join our Toronto Regional team. The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations across their respective region to ensure all clinics meet business objectives and operate in-line with Myodetox standards. This pivotal role is responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching, and development of all Operations Leads in their region to ensure exceptional hospitality, service, and operations are delivered consistently.
The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about coaching and people development, and is a data-driven problem-solver. This position reports directly to the Regional Director of Clinical Development.

Essential Role Functions:
- Business Operations: Engage as a key member of the Regional Management Team to set annual and quarterly business objectives and ensure the region meets business targets and OKRs. Design, communicate and implement strategies to drive client retention, and measure and report on the efficacy of initiatives with a focus on driving continuous improvement in retention rates. Gather insights across clinics from both clients and staff, share insights with Regional and Company leadership, and develop recommendations to address concerns and areas of opportunity. Ensure clinics are equipped to meet expectations related to the rollout of new campaigns, marketing and promotional initiatives, etc..
- Clinic Operations: Ensure basic clinic operations are managed consistently by FOH teams across all clinics, including, but not limited to, shift optimization, initial booking conversion and batch booking, waitlist management, claim and invoice accuracy and completion, etc. Ensure FDA schedules are appropriately managed in-line with Company policies and all clinics have adequate front desk coverage at all times. Ensure all clinics are trained on process to manage inventory, and inventory and tracking for supplies is kept up to date across all clinics. Ensure all clinics meet Myodetox operations and hospitality standards and develop and implement solutions to address areas for improvement. Ensure Accounts Receivable are managed appropriately and teams are reconciling direct deposits, balancing cash sheets and deposits, and depositing checks in a timely manner. Oversee major repairs and clinic upgrade processes in addition to ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are in-place across all clinics and clinic-level teams are scheduling services in-line with schedules. Responsible for overseeing all operational tasks related to new clinic openings in your respective region, ensuring front desk teams are hired and trained and operational items are completed to ensure a successful opening.
- Team Management: Coach and develop Operations Leads to ensure clinic teams meet operations and hospitality standards; serve as a leader and mentor for Operations Leads to ensure they have guidance and support in their growth and development. Collaborate with Clinic Directors to ensure they have the tools and resources to operate as the direct manager for Operations Leads while providing additional training and developmental support where necessary. When necessary, collaborate with Clinic Directors to develop action plans to address performance issues with front of house staff. Oversee the recruiting, hiring and training process for new Operations Leads across the region in collaboration with Support Hub teams and Clinic Directors. Ensure all Operations Leads are equipped with the tools and training to oversee the recruiting, hiring, and training processes for new FDAs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in an operations role
- 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and project management skills, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across multiple teams
- Data-driven and analytical with creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the medical, health, or wellness industry is a plus

- Invoices and claims are consistently submitted accurately and Accounts Receivable are managed appropriately by clinic teams
- Front Desk is staffed 100% of the time and clinic schedule is always up-to-date
- Client feedback on clinic experience, particularly in reference to Front Desk interactions, is positive via direct feedback and online reviews
- Front desk team average tenure meets Company standards
