Myodetox is seeking a full-time People Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing people processes, systems, and initiatives across our global organization. As the central point of contact for all internal and external people-related inquiries, the People Operations Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to support various people-related matters. The People Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our team members love to work at Myodetox and have a best-in-class experience from hire to retire.
The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, skillfully manage multiple projects, and possess exceptional communication skills. The People Operations Manager will report directly to our President & COO.

Essential Role Functions:
- People Operations & Compliance: Manage and execute on organizational wide onboarding processes from offer acceptance to new hire's 90-day check-in. Manage and execute organizational wide off-boarding processes (voluntary and involuntary) to ensure a smooth transition for existing team and impacted team members. Prepare and process status changes for team members related to hiring, onboarding, termination, transfers, promotions. Partner with the Senior Manager of Global Payroll & Benefits to ensure the quality and integrity of data in ADP. Implement and enforce Company policies, procedures and standards in-line with state, federal, and provincial legal standards. Maintain job description library for all roles across the Company to ensure role clarity exists, performance expectations are clearly defined, and talent is being held accountable to individual measures of success. Oversee operational systems related to recruitment to ensure all managers have the tools and resources they need to effectively recruit top-talent and manage recruitment funnels
- People Relations & Engagement: Lead the Company’s annual engagement and interim feedback survey processes from implementation to analysis. Partner with leaders across the Company to ensure a consistent, seamless experience for team members at every point in their Myo journey. Continually identify opportunities to improve the team member experience and support in executing initiatives that advance our mission and vision. Prepare and maintain people-related dashboards that provide insight into team engagement, retention, and tenure. Respond to day-to-day inquiries and requests including, but not limited to: systems access, personnel issues, verifications, compliance, policies, etc.
- Performance Management: Partner with Learning & Development to ensure bi-annual performance review cycles are administered efficiently and effectively. Partner with people managers on people-related concerns and provide guidance to ensure teams are meeting role expectations.
Measures of Success:
- Positive feedback from leaders across the organization on ability to be highly responsive, work collaboratively, and provide resources as needed
- New hires and managers report an efficient, seamless onboarding (and offboarding) experience
- Sought out by individual contributors and managers for support on People-related matters
- Consistently identify opportunities for improvement across People-related processes and provide recommendations on how to better streamline team efforts
- Quality of People data and analytics is error free
- Increases in retention rates and decreases in average turnover across the organization over time

- Leadership & Emotional Intelligence: Leader of others and/or project; Facilitates meaningful weekly 1:1s & performance evaluations with direct reports; comfortable giving and receiving feedback; sought out as a subject matter expert in scope.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
- Experience working across Canada and the US (New York and California preferred) is essential
- Experience with ADP is essential; familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets is preferable
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and project management skills, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across multiple teams
