Your Impact
As a Physiotherapist Mentor, also known internally as 'Lead Clinician' on our team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the clinical development of clinicians at your clinic through clinical mentorship, training, knowledge transfer and setting a culture of clinical excellence.

We are looking for dedicated clinicians to join our team and help us deliver a world-class experience. This role is located at our Vancouver-Kitsilano location and reports directly to the Clinic Director.
What You’ll Do
- Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality care and personalized treatment plans.
- In addition to the essential roles and responsibilities of a Physiotherapist, the Lead Clinician serves as a mentor and resource for clinician team
- Conduct one-on-one mentorship sessions for clinicians
- Create unique opportunities for clinicians to acquire and retain clinical skills through case studies, external workshops & courses, lunch + learns, in-services, shadow sessions, group training, etc.
- Complete Therapist Development Profiles in a comprehensive, timely manner
- Collaborate with Clinic Director to assess specific clinical development needs of the clinic or individual therapists
- Deliver monthly Onboarding Modules for new hires
- Partner with Lead Clinicians at other clinics to ensure consistency of mentorship and training within the region
About You
- Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
- Have the appropriate liability insurance
- Put your clients' needs first, demonstrated through behaviours such as: cross-referring clients to other clinicians when appropriate, following up with clients after appointments, managing outreach to unscheduled or "dropped" clients and an openness to work with your clients’ schedules
- An advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, your Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians
- Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting your client care and performance accordingly
- A team player and care deeply not only about your own growth, but ensuring the development of your entire team
- Contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviours such as: excitement to mentor students, flexibility to cover shifts (on the occasion!), participation at clinic events/workshops/recharges, etc.
- Collaborative in nature and see the importance and impact of partnering closely with your clinic’s Front Desk team
- A strong communicator and understand the importance of a positive customer service experience

- 1:1 care with every client
- Manageable caseloads - As a full-time clinician, you can expect to see an average of fewer than 8 clients per day as you build your practice (we aim to achieve this within 6 -12 months of joining!)
