Who are we looking for?

As the Producer at tentree, you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoy working on a versatile slate of productions. Under the direction of the Head of Brand & Digital Strategy, you will oversee lifestyle and studio photo projects from start to finish as well as, at times, our video shoots. You will ensure that our shoots run smoothly and seamlessly, products look good on set and on models, are well styled within Brand Guidelines and our shot lists reflect Brand, e-Comm and Wholesale needs. Confident decision-making and a sharp eye for detail are as essential as tactical thinking and clear communication for this role.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and lead photo and video productions from start to finish—including scheduling, budgeting, product prep, logistics, talent coordination, set-up, and wrap
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and channel leads to align on creative briefs, shot lists, and production needs
  • Lead pre-production planning, including meetings, contracts, permits, bookings, external vendor coordination (models, stylists, caterers, location scouts), and staffing support
  • Ensure all samples and styling are shoot-ready, coordinating with Product and Sourcing teams to track, receive, sort, prep, and steam product, and oversee accurate styling aligned with brand guidelines
  • Manage studio operations, including scheduling shoots, maintaining the studio calendar, schedule recurring photographers, and keeping the space clean, organized, and inventory sorted by campaign
  • Create and distribute production materials, such as call sheets, shot lists, inspiration decks, and talent info, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams
  • Coordinate on-set logistics, supporting team comfort and efficiency through thoughtful planning of meals, transportation, staffing, and environment
  • Handle post-shoot workflows, ensuring accurate product representation, file naming and organization, and timely image delivery to meet campaign deadlines
  • Maintain production inventory, managing props, sourcing new items, and donating or selling as needed to keep things streamlined
  • Ensure compliance and smooth administration, managing contracts, payments, insurance, legal requirements, and freelancer documentation
  • Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency across production planning, execution, and delivery

Professional Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a production or project management role within a creative team or agency
  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Film, Journalism, Visual Communication, New Media, or related field
  • Proven experience managing production shoots, budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and a high volume of information with close attention to detail
  • Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
  • Strong understanding of visual branding across digital media
  • Clear and professional communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
  • Valid driver’s license (access to a vehicle is an asset)

Personal Strengths:

  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated, curious, and open to continuous learning and feedback
  • Comfortable stepping outside of comfort zones to grow and experiment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset
  • Passionate about sustainability, the environment, and working with mission-driven brands
  • Experience in the apparel industry or with purpose-led organizations is a plus
  • Deep interest in product quality and storytelling
  • Extended healthcare plan
  • Generous paid days off
  • Ability to work from home occasionally
  • Opportunities for training and development
  • Employee discounts
