Who are we looking for?

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you play an important role in planning, executing, optimizing and reporting on marketing campaigns and activations that effectively promote the tentree brand and products to help drive brand discovery, customer growth and sales. You're a creative thinker and strong marketing generalist, who is able to develop results-focused product launch campaigns to help inform strategies for both retail and e-commerce channels, as well as work with our creative teams to develop content for our social channels. You are inspired and excited by sustainability and environmentalism and passionate about making this conversation more accessible to a diverse audience.

What will you be doing?

  • You will manage assigned brand and product campaigns and projects from start to finish, including gathering requirements, developing briefs, executing launches, coordinating creative asset development, and overseeing budgets, timelines, feedback, and approvals, ensuring efficient and accurate workflow
  • You will write thorough briefs to inspire creativity and ensure precise execution aligned with goals
  • From kick-start meetings to campaign wrap-ups and debriefs, you will bring energy to projects to ensure they come to life on time and as planned
  • You will provide executional support to the Senior Brand Director for product and brand campaigns as assigned
  • You will identify brand collaborations or partnerships that offer new and creative activation opportunities
  • You will manage the assigned budget, negotiate contracts, and work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless activations
  • You will identify, lead, and execute community activations to build brand awareness and advocacy in Vancouver, with retail partners, and in other locations as directed to support the wholesale team
  • You will lead influencer relations, focusing on free product seeding to grow organic storytelling and product placement on third-party channels, supporting product and brand campaigns as well as always-on promotions
  • You will collaborate with the Channel Specialist to build relationships with influencers and content creators to broaden the reach of campaigns and activations
  • You will develop social content approaches for assigned campaigns, working alongside the creative team and social channel lead
  • You will use data and analytics to track the performance of campaigns and projects, assess effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes
  • You will create post-mortem analyses for campaigns and projects, suggesting recommendations for future initiatives, and work with partners to explore the highlights and challenges of each campaign and product launch, presenting these findings to the Senior Brand Manager and others as directed
  • You will develop influencer wrap-up reports (campaigns, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to share with brand peers, the Senior Brand Director, and other stakeholders as needed
  • You will manage and update a monthly marketing KPI dashboard for projects and update the brand's reporting dashboard as assigned
